Synopsis

Directed by Sidney Lumet (FIND ME GUILTY, THE ANDERSON TAPES) BEFORE THE DEVIL KNOWS YOU'RE DEAD is an absorbing suspense thriller starring Philip Seymour Hoffman and Ethan Hawke who play brothers Andy and Hank.

Elder brother Andy (Hoffman), a broker who has overextended himself, persuades his younger brother Hank (Hawke) to join him in robbing a local jewellery store that appears to be an easy target. Trouble is it's owned by none other than their parents - Charles (Albert Finney) and Nanette (Rosemary Harris). When their plan goes awry the repercussions send shockwaves through the family, as the mounting blame for the heist reverts back to them.

BEFORE THE DEVIL KNOWS YOU'RE DEAD explores a family facing its worst enemy of all - itself!
