Kelly’s one of five children looked after by her overworked mother. Next door neighbour, Dylan, has to contend with his unstable, alcoholic father and the upset of his brother leaving abruptly two years ago. When Dylan has a violent quarrel with his drunken father, he too runs away and Kelly decides to join him. Heading for Dublin city centre, they latch onto the hope of finding Dylan’s long lost brother and search for a new life together. |
