His world is turned upside down when he wakes one morning and finds his beautiful wife has vanished without trace. His only lead appears to be a photo from a newspaper of a rock star and his entourage which includes a woman very similar in looks to Kitty. Abe travels to New York City and hires a private eye, Jack (Edward Burns) to locate her whereabouts. Jack has his own problems. An ex-cop he is suffering from the strain of losing his own wife but needs the money otherwise he'll be facing eviction from his apartment. Jack takes the case seeing it also as a chance to remedy and make peace with his own grief by reuniting Abe and Kitty. However what his investigation uncovers changes both of their lives forever. |
