Synopsis

Life’s perfect for Tom (Patrick Dempsey). Successful, handsome and sexy he’s lucky with the ladies, and knows he can always rely on Hannah (Michelle Monaghan), his gorgeous best friend and the one constant in his life.

But when Hannah travels across the Atlantic to Scotland on a six-week business trip, Tom is surprised how empty his life becomes without her always around. He decides to ask Hannah to marry him when she returns but is dumbfounded when he hears she has become engaged to a handsome and wealthy Scotsman. Not only that she plans to remain there with her new husband.

When Hannah asks Tom to be her “maid” of honour, he reluctantly agrees to fill the role… but vows to woo Hannah back and stop the wedding before it’s too late.
