Boarding a river cruise alongside a group of other tourists, he meets the feisty Kate Ryan (Radha Mitchell), their captain-cum-tour guide for this trip. As she navigates through the sights of this dangerous and wild natural habitat, the atmosphere of the cruise suddenly changes when the passengers find themselves stranded on a tidal mud island. Panic starts to set in as the tide rises and the sun starts to set in one of the remotest places in the world. Here it’s the indigenous wildlife that are borne to survive in this challenging environment and the humans become the potential victims of newfound predators – in this case a giant crocodile stalks them as darkness closes in… |
